Account Deletion

Getsbetter supports self-service account deletion on the web and in the mobile app.

Delete on the Web

1. Open Settings in your Getsbetter workspace.
2. Find Delete account under Permanent action.
3. Type DELETE and select Delete account.

Delete in the Mobile App

1. Open the Getsbetter mobile app.
2. Go to Account.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Type DELETE in the confirmation dialog.

What Gets Deleted

Account deletion removes your user record, linked Apple and Google identities, active sessions, tasks, weekly cycles, projects, initiatives, inbox planning items, planned sessions, and retrospective records. It also removes your Mentor profile, Life Areas and their definitions or commitments, Life Area check-ins and notes, explicit task associations, Mentor interventions and their reflections, Growth outcomes, Growth hypotheses and corrections, learning prescriptions, application experiments and their application evidence and reflections, resource evaluations, recommendation feedback, proactive Mentor observation history and feedback, mobile device notification tokens, notification preferences, privacy-safe notification delivery events, and related hypothesis-generation records.

What May Remain

Operational logs and backups may remain for a limited period for security and reliability, then age out under normal retention.
